Returns&Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched within 24 hours. You can cancel your order before we dispatch it, for full refund. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a cancellation after your order is dispatched.
Returns
You have a legal right to change your mind and return your order within 14 days of receipt. To return the item, please, contact our customer service via form on our website here to receive your return authorisation code.
You will then need to return the item(s) in its original package by post.

Please, note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, except where faulty or damaged in transit.
We recommend you maintain proof of postage when returning the goods as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. When returning the goods, please state clearly whether you would like exchange or refund. Please take care to read the care labels as we cannot refund or exchange goods that have been damaged when cleaning, ironing or in the wash.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item and it is in its original condition and packaging as you received it.
We guarantee to replace, exchange or refund in full any goods that are delivered to you damaged or faulty. This guarantee requires you to inform us immediately of the problem. Items with a reported defect deemed to be as a result of misuse of the product will not be classed as faulty.
